Terms and Conditions
Booking and Reservations:
All bookings are subject to availability.
Reservations can be made through our official website, email, or phone.
A valid credit card is required to confirm and secure a booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 20 days prior to arrival are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the booking amount.
Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the booking amount.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is 1.00 to 10 PM and check-out time is before 11.30 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required upon check-in.
We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Damages and Liabilities:
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the lodge premises or property during their stay.
The lodge reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements as necessary.
Guest Conduct:
Guests are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards staff and fellow guests.
No smoking is allowed inside the lodge premises.
Pets are not permitted unless otherwise specified.
Privacy Policy:
The lodge respects guest privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Guest information may be used for operational purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Force Majeure:
The lodge is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
Complaints and Feedback:
Guests are encouraged to provide feedback and notify the lodge management promptly of any issues during their stay.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The lodge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
